Coming from a rural and economically disadvantaged background in Maharashtra, my 24+ years of professional experience have taught me invaluable life lessons—many of them learned the hard way. I believe that combining these insights with advanced technology and a comprehensive career knowledge bank can serve as a guiding light for students and professionals seeking clarity in their academic and career choices.

Passionate about helping others, I aim to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their future. My journey—from starting as a Trainee Quality Engineer to leading the Indian operations of a multinational company, and eventually co-founding a successful sales and marketing agency—has reinforced my belief that the right guidance can transform careers.
